Eating to Support Menopause

Join Rosie and Dido for an upcoming Eating to Support Menopause event!

We are very excited to be hosting our popular Eating for Menopause event in Thame again and hope many of you can join us in what will be an informative and interactive evening.

Rosie from Nutrition by Rosie will talk through what is happening with your hormones and how diet and lifestyle can really support you through perimenopause and menopause.
We are delighted to also have Dido from Dido’s Fine Food joining us, who will provide delicious examples of hormone-balancing food and drinks to taste, showing how easy it is to incorporate these foods into your life.
