Great concept particularly for those eating on their own or looking to save time or washing up! The simplicity of the recipes makes them easy and quick for everyone. Recipes will need to be adapted to remove/gluten or dairy or reduce carbohydrates, but they do provide a one-pot cooking method for the whole meal. A vegetarian version of the book is available. Might inspire you to cook differently.
