This book is less of a recipe book more of a guide as to how to revamp how you cook put together with a lot of enthusiasm and plenty of inspiration to eat a more nourishing diet. Amelia is a successful nutritional therapist and talks through her own experience to explain why her recommendations work. Lots of information about ingredients what to include and what not to include with well-thought-out alternatives. The information is punctuated with recipes and lovely quotes. One of those books which is a good read, but with excellent and simple ideas too.
