Brain Health

Why would you be concerned about the health of your brain?

Our mood, memory, and general well-being are dependent on the functioning of our brain cells and the production of brain chemicals. An imbalance can negatively impact our mental health or potentially lead to symptoms of cognitive decline. Changes to diet and lifestyle can lead to positive changes.

Conditions associated with poor brain health

  • Anxiety
  • Brain Fog
  • Dementia
  • Depression

I am proud to be able to offer Cytoplan’s Brain Health Programme as one of my key areas of advice at ‘Nutrition by Rosie’.

Brain Health Programme

What does the Brain Health Program include?

The programme will show you exactly what and how to eat with easy-to-follow and delicious recipes from the start, it will then introduce you to further diet and lifestyle approaches which can be added in one step at a time. You will have a chance to reflect on how you have managed the changes and what benefits have been observed.

The program covers the following areas:-

  • Nutrition for brain
  • Optimise Gut health
  • Stress Reduction
  • Getting a Good Night’s Sleep
  • Exercise
  • Brain Training

Participants receive material presented on each topic explaining how the changes could benefit brain health as well as focused activities and discussions. There will be plenty of practical ideas and tools to help them make lasting changes to their lifestyle.  It is hoped over the course of the programme the group of like-minded participants will provide peer support and motivate each other.
