I’m here to support you in finding the best diet and lifestyle for you that will enable you to improve how you feel and fit in with your life. We will focus on your goals and I will give you evidence-based guidance on what simple changes could help you reach those goals. Often, clients come to me with their own experiences of making lifestyle changes and I help them utilise their learning and navigate a sensible pragmatic path forward. We are all always learning and I’m passionate about sharing information to help people live their healthiest lives.
I offer one to one consultations with either face to face appointments in Thame and surrounding area or if it’s more convenient for you, I see clients via video link or catch up with a phone call.
I am also available to give talks or organise workshops and I have a wealth of experience in both areas and would be willing to tailor this to individual or group needs. Examples of these sessions have included Action Against Alzheimer’s and Brain health workshops, talks on menopause, gut health and stress as well as collaborative demonstrations of simple fermentation techniques.
