The next Brain Health Programme I will be running collaboratively with Mary O’Leary.
The next 6 week programme will run on the following Tuesday evenings between 7.30-9.30pm.
June 5th, 12th 19th, 26th June and the 3rd and 10th July

Evening parking: customers of the Templars Retail Park have parking available until 10pm. This is situated just off Between Towns Road on the junction for Crowell Road, and has a maximum stay of 3 hours. Further information can be found http://www.venuecowley.co.uk/
The cost of the basic programme is £180 per person. (Please see below to see what this includes)

- Six weekly sessions, each lasting up to two hours

To confirm a place I require full cost of the programme and a completed short Health Assessment Questionnaire – this is to tell me your goals, any specific health problems or symptoms you are experiencing, medication you are taking and to give me an indication of your current diet and food preferences. All information received will be treated in the strictest confidence and not shared during the meetings, unless you choose to do so.
Mary O’Leary has lived in Oxford for 19 years and studied at the British College of Naturopathy and Osteopathy (now British College of Osteopathic Medicine) and has a BSc in Osteopathic Medicine and a diploma in Naturopathy. She has been practising Osteopathy and Naturopathy in Faringdon for 20 years and completed her masters in Nutritional Therapy at Worcester in 2011. Mary believes in a holistic approach to psychological and musculoskeletal health and is very excited about the Brain Health programme and working collaboratively with Rosie. The programme embraces so many aspects of health that contribute to Brain Health and will be delivered in a supportive group environment.
